Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Robert, one of your new teachers here for the summer.
I’ll be running some of your lessons and also leading the social programme — which means tours, activities, and a lot of exploring this amazing city.
I’m originally from Cornwall, and I love sport, meeting new people, and exploring new places. So feel free to say hi if you see me.

25 minutes walk from Kensington Academy of English, Tate Modern is an art gallery in London, housing the United Kingdom’s national collection of international modern and contemporary art.
8 minutes walk from Kensington Academy of English, Tower Bridge is a suspension bridge, built between 1886 and 1894, which opens to allow ships to pass under it.
15 minutes walk from Kensington Academy of English, St Paul’s Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral, completed in 1710, designed in the English Baroque style by Sir Christopher Wren.
Just over 5 minutes walk from Kensington Academy of English, the Tower of London is officially His Majesty’s Royal Palace and Fortress of the Tower of London. It is a historic castle on the north bank of the River Thames. It was founded toward the end of 1066 as part of the Norman Conquest.
