KET
Description	Key English Test. This is the first level of the Cambridge exams in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). It is suitable for students with a basic understanding of written and spoken English in everyday situations.
KAE Level	Level 2 (Pre-Intermediate)

Description	Preliminary English Test. This is the second level of the Cambridge ESOL Exams. It is suitable for students who can produce written and spoken English at intermediate level.

FCE
Description	First Certificate in English. This is the third level of the Cambridge ESOL exams. It is suitable for students at Level 4 (Upper Intermediate) and is widely recognised by employers in commerce and industry.

Description	Certificate in Advanced English. This is the fourth level of the Cambridge ESOL exams. It is suitable for post-First Certificate students wishing to use English for professional purposes.

Description	Certificate of Proficiency in English. This is the fifth and highest level of the Cambridge ESOL exams. Students are expected to function effectively in any English language speaking situation. CPE is recognised by UK universities for English entrance requirements.
